Is this coaching or therapy?
Coaching. Forward-focused, action-oriented work on your patterns, identity, and beliefs. It is not a replacement for clinical therapy — if you're dealing with a diagnosed mental health condition, please also work with a therapist. Many clients do both simultaneously.
I've tried coaching before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Most coaching works at the level of behavior — what you do. This work goes to identity and belief — what you are at the level that drives everything else. If coaching has felt like motivation without roots, this is the roots.
How long does it take to see results?
Many clients notice a shift within the first 1-2 sessions. Sustainable, identity-level change typically takes 3-6 months of consistent work. The SHIFT Weekend is designed to create a concentrated breakthrough in 2 days.
Do you work with people outside Pakistan?
Yes. Clients from the US, UK, Dubai, Canada, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan currently work with Marriam. All 1:1 sessions and group programs run on Zoom.
What's the difference between the SHIFT Weekend and 1:1 coaching?
The Weekend is a group intensive — structured, focused, designed to create a clear breakthrough in 2 days. 1:1 coaching (the SHIFT Intensive) is personalized, deep, ongoing work tailored entirely to you. Many people start with the Weekend and move into 1:1 afterward.
